Green fingers at the ready!

Thrive, a national charity that makes use of gardening to change the lives of disabled people and Now I Work, a social recruitment company operating in the Thames Valley, have organised a eight week horticultural course for disabled people.
Thrive's activities are varied but all focus on championing the benefits of gardening to individuals and organisations, as well as teaching techniques and practical applications so that anyone with a disability can take part and enjoy this activity.
Courses are already under way and will run until December this year. The course are taking place at two locations: Thrive's Beech Hill premises near Reading and Elm Farm, Newbury.
If you want to find out more about this course or register for a place please contact Nitin Kumar on 0845 644 6841 or email jobs@nowiwork.com
