Who are we?
NOW i-WORK is a Social recruitment company, focused on helping disadvantaged people find work and educating employers on the advantages of employing a diverse workforce.We work with GRAFT, a partnership of voluntary and charitable organisations providing information and support to employers regarding employing and retaining disabled staff and to disabled candidates looking for work. We aim to raise employer awareness of the ‘Untapped Workforce’, across London and the Thames Valley Region. We support any group that may suffer barriers to employment e.g. disabled people, carers, recovering addicts etc. We work with over 40 voluntary and charitable organisations.
GRAFT uses the skills matching services of NOW i-WORK – a social recruitment enterprise.
NOW i-WORK specialises in helping candidates who suffer from some form of barrier to employment.
