What happens when a candidate is chosen for my company?
You will be contacted by GRAFT or NOW i-WORK and we will agree with you the days/hours you wish the candidate to work. In addition, there will always be a named person to provide support throughout the whole period of the placement.We will also discuss support services that are available to you. For example you may feel that you require help with an Access Audit to assess your premises for compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act – we can arrange this for you. You may also wish to have some Disability Equality Training for staff who will be working alongside the candidate – so that staff are comfortable, happy and able to communicate effectively with their new colleague(s).
