St. Anne's Hotel, near Blackpool, has been designed specifically with the needs of disabled people in mind.
Training was to prepare 23 candidates to successfully complete their work placements at the WOMAD festival in Reading and Disability Art Festival in Bracknell.
28 candidates from disabled or disadvantaged backgrounds will be working in the following roles: Car Park Attendant, Bar Staff, Litter Picker, Site Cleaner, Kitchen Porter, Glass Collector and Lost Property Attendant.

Thrive, a national charity that makes use of gardening to change the lives of disabled people and Now I Work, a social recruitment company operating in the Thames Valley, have organised a eight week horticultural course for disabled people.
